To Make a Booking:

1. Select a ride and date - check the tour calendar to see if there is a ride and date that suits you.
2. If you are interested in a particular ride or date that is not on the tour calendar,
   please call us on 0407 300 690 or email to organise a ride and date that suits your group.
3. Contact us via phone or email to make a tentative booking.
4. Provide us with rider details by completing the Booking Form and return the form via email or fax, or call for our address to send via snail mail.
5. To secure the booking a deposit is required per rider.

• One Day Tours – deposit of $50 per rider
• Two Day Tours – deposit of $100 per rider
• Multi Day Tours – deposit of $200 per rider
  

Payment Methods:

Cash / Cheque / Money Order – call or email for address
Internet Banking / Direct Deposit – call or email for bank details.
Please add your surname and tour date as a reference for the transaction.

Balance

Balance is due on the day of your tour (cash or cheque).

If you wish to pay balance via direct deposit, please do so BEFORE your tour.

Cancellations

If you can't make the ride please let us know asap.

If you cancel 7 days prior to tour then your full deposit is forfeited - due to strict cancellation policy of our accommodation outlets)

Prior to this you can transfer your deposit to another date.

Please note we are unable to give refunds if you cannot complete the ride due to dirt bike troubles or if injury prevents you from completing the tour.
