1	May 31, 2010 - 03:50 PM Bryan Mackley   Split Multi 4 day tour - PART 1 Just thought I'd drop you a note to thank you and your crew once again for the excellent split multi day ride we had in April. The hospitality at the Orara Way Luxury bunkhouse was second to none with Sandy quick to bring on awesome snacks to keep the worms at bay while a few fine ales were sampled in anticipation of our first of 4 days riding. Once again the 16 hours drive from Horsham Victoria was a distant memory soon after hitting the tasty trails straight out your back gate on Monday morning, tricky little single tracks that re-enforce the reason why we travel the distance to enjoy what Coffs detour has to offer....we just don't get to ride enough of that stuff back home. Then we meet ol Gray Bags (Graeme) on the trail for a refuel of scones with jam & cream.......how good is this!!, oh and a bit of unleaded as well for the steel horses. Great trails all the way to Bellingen had smiles on faces and stories flowing as good as the local beer on tap, great meal at the pub & beaut eye candy behind the bar too.....excellent. After bathing ones self in a sea of goanna oil and comparing alternative medicines it was back on the bikes to make our way back to the bunkhouse the long way round, another day of excellent trails that had the blood flowing and big toothie grins from ear to ear. Where's the beer, we got a day off tomorrow! After a great feed at the local Coramba pub it was back to Boris' to watch the Simon Rigby show take place amongst a haze of stupidity from most campers in the shed, drunken fools mixing up tools in your tool box after taking the mickey out of you while you were mr noddie.....good blokes these Horsham guys hey.
2	May 31, 2010 - 03:48 PM Bryan Mackley   Split Multi 4 day tour - PART 2 Wednesday for some was sight seeing and drinking beer at lunchtime while myself, Col, Riggers and Boris installed the second shower we were promised on the itinerary........i don't remember reading that we had to install the thing!!!! ha! It worked out to be quite a cost effective day for all involved as the others were unleashing $5o's as if they grow on trees. Day three was another great ride with a bit more open twin track with rocks that reminded us of home until we arrived at Arrawarra Beach Cabins right on the river mouth, how great was that? Another top meal at the local then back to the cabins to sniff around the backpackers like wild dingoes on heat!! Your a man of your word Boris, no doubt about ya. Day four had us making our way back to Coramba to finish an awesome weeks riding, well for most of the group anyway. With Mat stirring up another quick blast out the back gate a small crew headed out for a wicked arm pumping never rest single track heaven ride that had the sweat leaking out of every orifice while poor ol Ben-10 was suffering from unskilleditis after boasting he was going to show Boris his front wheel too! All good things have to come to an end and this was definatly one of those, with a weeks riding of awesome trails with great food right from the support truck through to every pub/restaurant that we ate at. Thanks again Boris for your great organising, your hospitality and to the entire Coffs Detour crew for a great week that will be spoken about for many years to come. Just a quick note to provide some feedback and thank you for a great weekend. The riding was excellent, some of the best trails I have seen. Yourself, Luke and Graham are very professional, friendly, helpful and approachable. The accommodation and meals were first class. 4	October 09, 2009 - 11:26 AM Mark Wenman   Dorrigo Express 2 day Thank you for an incredible weekend. If there was a business that had the recipe completely right it's Coffs Detour. For me coming from an industry that rely's on customer satisfaction and repeat business it was refreshing to experience how a business such as yours could and should be run. From the time we arrived - even before that - till the time we departed we were treated as kings. The food, the accommodation, the organisation and company were first class. Even the lead rider was OK! Thanks to Luke for sweeping up the stragglers. Thanks to Dan for feeding and watering us - the food was sensational. None of us had experienced such a great ride before. How you run your business is a credit to you both and I know there is a lot of hard work behind the scenes that goes into making it a success. We all had a great day and I'm looking forward to the 2 day Brooms Head ride in August. Thanks for the setup on my bike and I couldn't be happier with it now.
